Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TranscendLA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use this service.
Processing & Delivery
Processing times for student record requests vary depending on the type of request, the issuing institution, and verification requirements. Estimated processing and delivery timeframes are presented to you during the checkout process prior to submission. By submitting your request, you acknowledge and agree to the processing timeline displayed at checkout.
Fees & Payments
You agree to pay all applicable fees and provide valid payment information.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By submitting a request, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback for a valid charge, including where services were delivered or are in process in accordance with these Terms, may be considered abuse of the dispute process. We reserve the right to provide all relevant documentation to payment processors and financial institutions to contest disputes, including proof of acceptance of these Terms, timestamps, IP addresses, and fulfillment records.
Binding Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of this service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. Arbitration shall take place in Contra Costa County, California. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
